I Wish I Could Sleep On My Left Side.

113/365
This photo portrays one of my greatest wishes; I wish I could sleep on my left side.
This is MY secret:
I hate my heart. I hate it so much.
"…TAYLOR WTFFF IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
No. I do not hate my heart in the metaphorical sense, which is probably what you all are thinking.
I hate the organ.
The sound of a beating heart terrifies me so much that I can’t even bare to hold someone too tight or close in fear of feeling their or my own heartbeat.
I cannot EVER get my blood pressure taken properly because the feeling of blood pulsing in my veins makes me want to literally rip myself apart. This kinda pisses off doctors more than it does me though….
Have you ever caught me having what seems to be a repetitive twitch thing? I do it all the time. It’s completely voluntary and I usually do it whenever I feel a murmur coming on or during one. I know it’s dumb, but during one I have no choice but to feel my heart beating throughout my ENTIRE BODY. The only alternative is simply waiting for it to pass, and there’s no way I can sit through that.
And the most irritating (and yes, kinda irrational) is the fact that I cannot sleep on my tummy or left side. Both ways causes me to flip the heck out and toss and turn for a while. And I often wake up in the middle of the night from feeling my heart bounce off my mattress and pulse in my ears from lying the wrong way. I swear, the feeling of blood filling my ears and pulsing through my neck could wake me up in any stage of sleep.
Yeah. This is probably one of the most irrational aspects of my being, if not, the only. Otherwise I’m completely normal

Phentermine Side Effects, Holistic Weight Loss and Weight Loss Surgery Alternatives
Article by Bonnie MeChelle
Often out of frustration or even desperation to start seeing some fast results, people who are trying to lose weight often resort to diet pills and potions that make promises they really can’t keep. Phentermine, which is a prescription appetite suppressant, is only recommended for those who are morbidly obese, and it is only approved for short term use. It has side effects including blurred vision, dry mouth, sleeplessness, irritability and constipation and it can also increase blood pressure and heart rate. If you have more than 100 pounds to lose, Phentermine has too many side effects that make it intolerable to many people. You might want to consider a holistic weight loss program centered on using Christian coaching and counseling to provide encouragement, and healing through the study of scripture, prayer and support to help you to reach your weight loss goals. We are reminded in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” So, while the task of considering weight loss surgery alternatives might be daunting, you can be assured that God will be there to give you strength and courage as you move towards restoring your body to health and vitality, and your weight loss coach will be there to support your progress.A powerful weight loss surgery alternative is working with a Christian weight loss coach to receive counseling to help you get to the root of the issues that caused you to become overweight and have kept you from being successful at taking the weight off. Once you have addressed the emotional reasons for the weight gain, losing the weight permanently becomes so much easier. So, take heart. There is no need to deal with Phentermine side effects. For holistic weight loss that provides weight loss surgery alternatives and restores faith, confidence and vitality, Christian weight loss coaching is a perfect solution. Matthew 19:26 reminds us that, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Why not give up the struggle and rely on God’s strength to help you achieve your weight loss goals?

I drew it on my skin then burned and dodged certain parts
And thanks for noticing the little parts
Sore ribs … or is the elastic bandage merely a prop like the stitches (which appear real at first glance)? Good picture and lighting
